Job Description
We are recruiting an Insurance Manager for one of our clients based in Sharjah UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the organization s insurance programs and implements risk management strategies
- Evaluating company risks
- Developing customized insurance coverage plans
- Negotiating policy terms with insurers
- Handling claims processes
- Providing leadership with risk mitigation advice
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- MBA preferred
- 810 years of experience in corporate insurance
- Experience with property developers is a plus
