We are recruiting an Insurance Manager for one of our clients based in Sharjah UAE.
About Our Client:
Our client is a real estate developer dedicated to creating integrated lifestyle communities and destinations in Sharjah and beyond. They focus on providing inspiring lifestyle experiences that enhance the quality of life for residents. With a keen understanding of Sharjah s evolving desire for contemporary community environments they are committed to enriching urban living through innovative designs and thoughtfully planned spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages the organization s insurance programs and implements risk management strategies
- Evaluating company risks
- Developing customized insurance coverage plans
- Negotiating policy terms with insurers
- Handling claims processes
- Providing leadership with risk mitigation advice
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- MBA preferred
- 810 years of experience in corporate insurance
- Experience with property developers is a plus
