Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading international university that is dedicated to shaping worldclass professionals for the global stage. Our client is looking to hire a Vice President Business Development and Corporate Relations to join their dynamic team across multiple campuses who will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with corporate organizations and universities to enhance student placements internships guest lectures and campus engagement. The role includes leading outreach for new program collaborations and managing a team to achieve strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand corporate relationships across multiple regions (Dubai Singapore Sydney UK).
Increase corporate visits for placements and internships.
Foster ongoing engagement through regular meetings and corporate events.
Ensure high success in student placements and internships.
Align corporate opportunities with student career goals.
Organize relevant guest lectures and corporate events for students.
Drive corporate participation in campus activities.
Guide and mentor the Corporate Relations team across campuses.
Provide career advice and collaborate with faculty for student development.
Track KPIs on student placements corporate partnerships and team performance.
Requirements
Masters degree in Business HR or related field.
15 years in corporate relations business development or similar roles.
Strong leadership communication and relationshipbuilding skills across multiple regions.
