CLEARING ASSISTANT - DP World

1. To represent the organization at all governmental entities of UAE covering the emirate of Dubai and other Emirates (Sharjah & AUH) and this includes: Customs JEA port DXB DWC& SHJ airports Dubai governmental authorities : MOCCA DM MOH MOFA SIRA.

2. Ensure all documents delivery order are collected on time from various customers carriers vendors and shipping agents (shipping lines DNATA /EK Skycargo & Coloaders).

3. To prepare dispatch and submit physical documentations to carriers clients customs and authorities.

4. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to collect all official documentation and taking necessary notes when required.

5. To assist Freight Forwarding team with admin filing when required.

6. Coordinate and liaise with both internal & external departments within DP World

7. Compiling and submitting BOE documentation for various imported machinery.

8. Stay updated with all processes and procedures including;

Customs Claim & Submissions Dubai customs all JEA gates and Port Rashid

DP World Dubai Trade basic knowledge /Import and Export Documentations

Dubai Customs Inspection handling

Dubai Municipality Inspection
