Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures ensuring that products meet the required standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
  
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards
  
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality control process
  
• Train and supervise quality control inspectors
  
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues
  
• Maintain documentation and records related to quality control activities
  
• Implement corrective actions when quality issues arise
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control
  
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
  
• Knowledge of industryspecific quality standards and regulations
  
• Certification in quality management is a plus
  

Strong technical knowledge in dental equipment installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in handling and repairing a wide range of dental products including dental engines, physio units, dental implant handpieces, and motors. Expertise in Dental CBCT (X-ray) systems and ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide technical support.

Education

Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS).
