Your day to day:

• Build & Manage Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored property solutions.
• Property Listings: Develop and manage a portfolio of properties ensuring that each listing is marketed effectively to attract potential buyers.
• Sales & Negotiations: Handle sales transactions from start to finish including negotiation and signing of contracts.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends property values and investment opportunities to provide clients with accurate and insightful advice.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service ensuring that all clients receive personalized and professional support throughout the buying or selling process.
• Organised Revisiting old enquiries / keeping track of workload i.e. properties / time management

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 1year experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.
• Fluency in English is essential; however we are keen to speak to as many bilingual candidates!
• Experience working with international clients or a willingness to engage with global clientele.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• A strong work ethic selfmotivation and a passion for real estate.
• Nice to have Driving licence but not required
