Communicate with the various departments, projects and site representatives to evaluate present and future personnel requirements.
Develop sources of qualified applicants through various channels like advertisements, internet sources (LinkedIn, job portals…etc), recruitment agencies or manpower service providers, employee referrals.
Review and examine Job Descriptions/Job Requirements of all positions to be filled, ensure that applicants comply to established minimum selection criteria.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
Create and maintain regular reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.
Discuss and negotiate salary and benefit details with candidate and obtain candidate acceptance. Respond to employment enquiries, update recruitment schedules and lists as required.
