Job Description
Our client a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and highquality confectionery products is looking for a Shop Manager in a mall in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and develop branch staff to ensure high performance.
- Oversee daily branch operations for efficiency and compliance.
- Manage branch budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for branch growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in pastry and sweets.
- Bachelors degree is desirable.
- Must be proficient in English and Arabic.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing financials.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
