Ciklum is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our team fulltime in Dubai.

About the role:

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager with a proven track record of launching and supporting digital products to join our Customer Experience team in Ciklum in UAE. The candidate will have mastery of product management ss a thorough understanding of market trends and the ability to execute product management responsibilities at the highest level. This role requires leadership in driving product strategy fostering a culture of discovery and building strong relationships with stakeholders while aligning with the companys longterm vision.

Our client is a technology business that runs largescale transformation engagements across various verticals including the public sector. You will be part of a key initiative to modernize a nationwide government platform through comprehensive digital transformation. By leveraging advanced web portals mobile applications CRM systems predictive ytics and AI our dynamic team aims to enhance and streamline core services for government officials the legal ecosystem and citizens. Our primary focus is on ensuring seamless integration scalability and adherence to rigorous performance and security standards.

Responsibilities

Work on Continuous Product Discovery:

• Develop and execute a product strategy that drives significant business impact and aligns with the companys longterm goals
• Identify new growth opportunities by understanding market trends and customer needs
• Shape the direction of the organization using datadriven insights and innovate at the highest levels to drive company growth
• Conduct thorough market research and data ysis to inform strategic product decisions
• Lead collaborative discovery processes elishing a companywide culture of continuous discovery and validation focusing on creativity ytical thinking and empathy
• Support and inspire the design team with creativity ensuring adherence to exceptional design principles
• Create and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that fosters innovation growth and scalability across the organization
• Use a welldeveloped prioritization system that significantly impacts business objectives ensuring the product backlog is aligned with strategic goals while identifying areas for improvement in handling complex scenarios and edge cases

Execute Crossfunctional Leadership:

• Oversee the endtoend product development lifecycle from concept to launch and scaling
• Understand and apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) effectively communicating technical concepts clearly with the development team
• Work independently with engineering design and other teams to ensure timely and highquality product delivery
• Set up product governance processes and continuously improve them based on performance metrics and feedback
• Translate complex technical requirements into clear motivating objectives for the team. Facilitate discussions with technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding
• Inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams fostering a collaborative environment that achieves high performance
• Coach and mentor team members to develop their ss and foster growth within the team

Leverage Essential Ss for Dynamic Product Management:

• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with executives customers and partners
• Effectively communicate product vision and strategies to stakeholders at all levels
• Make strategic informed decisions that align with company goals and objectives even in complex or uncertain situations
• Adjust your communication style to different audiences
• Demonstrate the ability to identify the root cause of a problem and develop solutions
• Evaluate complex data identify patterns and anticipate potential outcomes
• Demonstrate effective conflict resolution ss to maintain a harmonious and productive working environment
• Leverage effective presentation techniques and an ability to engage the audience with compelling storytelling and welldesigned visual aids
• Demonstrate strong time management and teamwork ss working collaboratively to meet deadlines and tackle product challenges especially in complex situations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field building/shipping technical products
• 7 years of experience in product management with proven success in leading product teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing product features through their lifecycle using customercentric product development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal ss capable of working effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Experience with Agile odologies is a plus
• Experience with businesstogovernment projects / public sector is a strong plus
• Fluent English speaker fluency in Arabic would be an advantage
