Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
  • Assist in the development and of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Coordinate and oversee the outsourced IT services to ensure that technology resources are available and functioning optimally.
  • Oversee the management of our facilities, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor contracts.
  • Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and bonus calculations.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant HR experience in roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • A background in law would be considered advantageous.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
