Senior Estimator

• Study, review, and analyse project drawings, Bills of Quantities (B.O.Q), and specifications.
• Raise Requests for Information (RFI) to clients for technical clarifications and discrepancies. - Prepare quantity take-offs to verify B.O.Q.
• Prepare B.O.Q and Bill of Materials (B.O.M) in accordance with project drawings and
• specifications.
• Recommend value engineering proposals to meet client budgets.
• Prepare final cost sheets including labour, materials, bought-out materials, and overheads.
• Submit project quotations on time with tender qualifications.
• Implement effective pricing strategies for competitive bidding.
• Prepare and submit quotations for variations.
• Attend pre and post-tender meetings.
• Utilize ERP software effectively, updating relevant information daily.
• Submit weekly reports on achieved targets and deliverables.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or related fields, particularly in luxury brand retail shop fits, civil contracting, and luxury boutiques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Windows, and ERP software.
• Strong management skills with a commitment to integrity and reliability.
