Lawyer

• Provide legal guidance on capital market transactions, including IPOs, bond issuances, and securities offerings.
• Ensure compliance with regional and international securities laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to corporate law and M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with the Audit Committee to address regulatory and corporate governance matters.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for all financial transactions.
• Stay informed of the latest capital markets trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company's legal adherence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, communications, and external agencies to align legal strategy with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience in corporate law, capital markets, or M&A within a top law firm or a large corporate environment.
• Proven track record of working with Big 4 firms or equivalent.
• Fluent in Arabic (required) with strong legal drafting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in legal compliance, regulatory matters, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior stakeholders and committees.
