Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Overall, 5 – 7 Years of IT experience.
- Proven experience in IT support, field engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience in asset tagging and verification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols.
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Familiarity with IT asset management tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are preferred.
