- 10-12 years of management experience in the electrical engineering industry, preferably at the head level.
- Experience with enterprise-level operations in large corporate systems and equipment.
- Proven track record in team building, hiring, and developing talent; a passion for starting initiatives from the ground up.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes and the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Familiarity with highly complex products, particularly SMT technology, and knowledge of managing thousands of components.
- Strong capability to drive large-scale production efficiently.
- Ideally, experience in sectors such as servers, storage, digital baseband, telecommunications, mobile technology, as well as practices like KAIZEN and continuous improvement, particularly in consumer electronics.
Requirements and leadership of the following:
- Knowledge of legislation, regulatory and legal acts on production organization, and basics of environmental law.
- Tasks of production units to ensure the Company's needs for products of the appropriate quality, quantity, assortment, and range, and the capabilities to solve these tasks.
- Methods for analyzing the state of the Company's production potential, material, and other resources required to maintain it at the proper level.
- The Company's main and backup production capacities.
- Modern theories of production organization.
- Composition and structure of the Company's production (including technological) documentation.
- Management (to the extent required for effective leadership of production units).
