Job Description
Data Gathering Cleansing and Validation
Work with different teams departments and stakeholders to collect data from various sources.
Clean data to correct errors remove inconcsistencies and ensure reliability.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and adherence to standards.
Advanced Data Analysis for Performance Metrics
Analyze project data using statistical methods to track metrics like budget timelines and resources.
Create automated models for realtime performance monitoring and agile decisionmaking.
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks and provide insights to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
Tracking and Reporting on Project Performance
Develop dashboards and reports to track key project metrics for senior management.
Conduct regular analysis to identify trends risks and optimization opportunities.
Customize reports for various audiences to support informed decisionmaking.
Trend and Forecasting Analysis
Analyze historical data to inform predictive models for future performance.
Use forecasting techniques to predict resource needs budget and risks for better strategic planning.
Collaborate with business units to align forecasts with organizational goals.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation Proposals
Analyze past performance and market conditions to assess risks.
Develop and recommend strategies to mitigate risks.
Work with PMO teams to integrate risk assessments into project plans for effective risk management.
Requirements
Experience
713 years of data analysis experience preferably in a PMO or projectbased environment with a strong grasp of project structures KPIs and reporting.
Proven background in industries where project data supports strategic decisionmaking such as construction engineering or IT.
Technical Skills
Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering principles for contextualizing data in complex projects.
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient in Excel with advanced functions Power Query pivot tables and macros for efficient analysis and reporting.
Data Visualization: Skilled in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
SQL and Python: Experienced in SQL for querying datasets; Python preferred for advanced analysis automation and scripting.
Leadership and Management: - Oversee the Ticketing Unit, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve operational goals. Ticketing Strategy Development: - Develop and implement ticketing strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring a seamless visitor experience. System Management: - Manage and optimize ticketing systems and platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and integrated with other departmental systems. Customer Experience Enhancement: - Monitor customer feedback and ticketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in visitor services. Project Management: - Lead discussions with site managers to gather requirements and manage ticketing software projects. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination. Business Analysis: - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ticketing implementation. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions. Collaboration: - Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and events, to coordinate ticketing for special events and exhibitions. UX Design: - Collaborate with UX designers/agencies to create user-friendly ticketing flows. Implement continuous improvements based on user feedback. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on ticket sales, visitor demographics, and trends to inform strategic decision-making. Track system performance, user satisfaction, and revenue. Budget Management: - Assist in the development and management of the ticketing budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Training and Development: - Train and develop staff on ticketing processes, customer service standards, and system usage. Compliance and Security: - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to ticket sales and visitor access.
