Job Description
✔ 4 - 6 years PQE
✔Common law qualified (UK, AUS, US, SA, NZ)
✔Experience working in a prominent international or leading regional law firm within the banking and finance practice.
✔Proficiency in conventional banking & finance transactions, syndicate loans, bilateral loans, restructuring, and project finance is essential
✔At least 1 year of experience in the UAE is mandatory
