Source and develop new brands to address category needs, and manage the regulation and compliance process for new SKUs.
Ensure timely and effective implementation of new product launches.
Plan and oversee the product lifecycle, including preparing sales and stock plans.
Ensure proper stock levels, manage regional assortments at the SKU level, and maintain planograms and merchandising visibility.
Prepare sales forecasts at the SKU level by store, country, and channel.
Conduct bi-yearly brand assortment analysis, propose action plans for SKU optimization and merchandising, and provide post-launch reports on key products.
Prepare and track monthly category and brand performance KPIs, monitor budgets, and manage brand relations.
Coordinate internally across departments to address brand-related topics and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills Required
Over 3+ years of experience within Buying.
Beauty experience is a MUST.
Strong numerical skills with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Motivated, committed, goal-oriented with good communications skills.
