Project Manager

We are hiring a Project Manager for our client a leading consultancy based in Dubai.

What will you do

• Managing and being accountable for your scope of work on the project.
  
• Being fully aware of the project objectives in line with the project plan and managing ad and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objectives.
• Being actively engaged in the health safety and wellbeing of the project at all stages.
• To handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Participating in planning and monitoring the progress of your project.Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues

What are we looking for

• A bachelors degree or masters degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field
• Min 5 years experience as a PM for mixeduse residential projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel) MS Project is a must.
• Good knowledge of HSE rules and regulations and a proactive approach; suitable technical qualification relevant to the specific project/role.
• Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills written and verbal communication skills
  
• Able to complete projects in a timely manner
