Production Head - Stitching Unit

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Production Head to oversee our stitching unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and proven leadership skills to manage the team and ensure efficient production processes. You will be responsible for maintaining highquality standards optimizing production efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a stitching unit with a workforce of 4045 members ensuring smooth daytoday operations.
• Oversee production planning scheduling and to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all products meet the companys quality standards.
• Coordinate with the operations manager to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste.
• Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all machinery and equipment.
• Train mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Monitor production costs and work within the allocated budget to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to increase production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering Production Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 710 years of experience in a production management role within the textile and fabric industry preferably in a stitching unit.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Indepth knowledge of stitching production processes machinery and quality control standards.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
