Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Lead mentor and manage a highperforming sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for our real estate projects.
• Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to maximize sales performance and market penetration.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new sales strategies and product offerings.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management providing insights and recommendations for improving sales processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing finance and project management teams to ensure seamless project and alignment with sales goals.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and close sales agreements ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Indepth knowledge of the real estate market particularly in specific region or city.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
