As the Head of Total Rewards, oversee all facets of compensation and benefits, including current and new compensation initiatives, executive compensation, LTIP management, equitable compensation practices, budgeting support, benefits leadership, wellbeing and proactive market trend analysis for real-time and strategic decision support.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, report to the VP of Total Rewards & Org Effectiveness and at times work with the CPCO (Chief People & Culture Officer).
The role demands hands-on management, strategic thinking, collaboration skills, and tech industry-focused compensation strategy knowledge.

Be the lead partner and work with key stakeholders to ensure the successful roll-out and adoption of new compensation programs.
