Job Description
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a systembased turnkey solutions company in Dubai UAE. The client is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP Cost Controller with a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to manage the evaluation selection and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors. The candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring project budgets material inventories and liaising with vendors to ensure project success. Other responsibilities are
Participate in the evaluation and selection of suppliers and subcontractors.
Prepare review and approve comparison sheets for procurement prepared by the purchasing officer.
Monitor inventory levels of key materials and ensure adequate stock for ongoing projects.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors on all matters related to contracts ensuring clear communication and adherence to agreements.
Monitor and track the project budget comparing estimated costs with actual expenses and reporting progress based on completion percentage.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong management skills and the ability to plan and coordinate procurement activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
