PHP Laravel Developer - Dev Centre House

The PHP Software Engineer Laravel Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining highquality web applications using PHP and Laravel framework. They must have a strong understanding of software development principles and be proficient in PHP programming. This role requires expertise in Laravel framework and the ability to Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and deploy web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting analysis of website and application requirements.
• Develops backend portals with an optimized database.
• Writes backend code and builds efficient PHP modules. Write clean maintainable and efficient code using PHP and Laravel framework.
• Can troubleshoot application and code issues. Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications and develop appropriate solutions.
• Able to do testing on web applications and back end features.
• Integrates data storage solutions.
• Develop record and maintain cutting edge webbased PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
• Develop APIs and integrate external services into web applications.
• Ensure HTML CSS and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API
• Lead the entire web application of API solutions and development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support
• Build and test new API endpoints and refactor existing routes to improve performance and scalability.
• Convey effectively with all task progress evaluations suggestions schedules along with technical and process issues
• Document the development process architecture and standard components
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer science Information Technology or Computer Engineering or other related Technical Studies
• At least minimum 5 years of active experience in PHP / API/ Laravel Developer
• In depth knowledge of objectoriented PHP and Laravel 5 8 PHP Framework
• Knowledge of frontend technologies including CSS3 JavaScript and HTML5.
• Proficient with MySQL profiling query optimization and SQL administration databases.
• Hands on experience with SQL schema design SOLID principles REST API design
• Software testing (PHPUnit PHPSpec Behat)
• Ability to demonstrate team work can work under pressure and be a critical and analytical thinker and problemsolver. With Positive Attitude and Aptitude to learn new skills
• Ability to estimate work completion required to build an overall predictable plan
• Good timemanagement strong interpersonal and communication skills; and able to work with globally spread teams.
• Fluent in English & Native Language (verbal & written)
