About the People & Culture team
Grant Thornton UAEs People & Culture team is dedicated to creating a vibrant inclusive workplace where top talent thrives through dynamic recruitment innovative engagement and continuous development driving success for our people and clients.
As Senior Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
- Drive talent development and enhance rewards structures across teams and offices
- Lead a performance management process that aligns goals fosters continuous feedback and promotes excellence
- Manage performance reviews career planning and implement new competency frameworks
- Advise and coach managers on performance compensation and rewards ensuring consistent practices
- Analyse workforce metrics to recommend improvements in compensation performance and rewards
- Partner with L&D to create impactful training programs for managers and employees

- 8 years of experience leading performance management and training initiatives ideally in professional services
- Expertise in HR operations administration and current HR practices with a proven track record in medium/large organizations
- Strong ability to build rapport influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels and backgrounds
- Thrives in fastpaced dynamic environments with a demonstrated sense of urgency and adaptability
- Highly organized skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word PowerPoint Excel) and capable of meeting multiple deadlines
- Passionate about fostering collaboration and creating an environment where people thrive
- Strong written and spoken English Arabic speaking is advantageous
