Facilitate and support Company*s corporate and commercial business units to achieve their business objectives through strategic marketing initiatives * including but not limited to brand development marketing communications management customer experience design market research data analytics content creation events & digital marketing.
Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to translate Company*s corporate and commercial business goals into tangible results by collaborating with the team and appointed agency or Corporate Communications Marketing and Branding (CCMB) on strategic marketing initiatives across brand development customer experience digital marketing and data analysis ultimately driving sales and brand awareness within these key business units.
Key Result Areas
1.Collaborate with the Ecommerce manager and the appointed agency or CCMB to develop marketing strategies aimed to drive business growth and enhance brand positioning while also facilitating collaboration on digital development efforts including website User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) system upgrades and functionality improvements.
2.Support branding and rebranding efforts by creating marketing collateral planning/executing online and offline campaigns including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) email and influencer marketing to strengthen brand presence.
3.Assist with new product development catalogue management support Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and content creation for marketing collateral Public Relations (PR) and partner platforms to enhance the user experience.
4.Assist in developing and implementing external communications strategies to increase engagement reach and brand awareness.
5.Support efforts to optimize ecommerce operations enhancing functionality and improving platform performance to drive online sales.
6.Contribute to achieving the department*s target of approximately AED 300 million by converting the directed traffic into sales.
Assist in performing competitor analysis and ongoing market research to guide product and pricing strategies delivering datadriven insights that contribute to competitive positioning and strategic decisionmaking.
Job Context
The Marketing & Ecommerce Officer will play a crucial role as a core team member responsible in supporting the Ecommerce manager in liaising with key marketing and business stakeholders at the Company and the appointed agency. This role involves supporting multiple high impact projects and collaborating in addressing the challenges of brand differentiation and market expansion in a competitive market.
Knowledge Skills & Minimum Experience
Education Qualification:
Bachelor*s degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Management or a related field (must have)
Work Experience:
Minimum of 5 years* experience in a marketing and ecommerce role
Experience in Marketing and Digital/Ecommerce platforms and tools
Experience in managing SEO and SEM campaigns.
Skills:
Effective marketing storytelling and analytical skills
Ability to plan and execute branding strategies
Strong understanding of social media analytics platforms MarTech Ecommerce and Digital Systems
Creative writing and content creation skills
