Role: Senior HR Executive
Location: OnSite Dubai
Job Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend recruitment processes including job postings candidate screening scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Process payroll accurately and on time ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Maintain payroll records including deductions bonuses and overtime.
Monitor and track employee leave balances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Handle leave requests approvals and documentation accurately and efficiently.
Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and other perks.
Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits eligibility enrollment and claims.
Collaborate with benefit providers to ensure effective delivery of services and resolve issues as needed.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum 34 years in HR roles with a focus on recruiting payroll leave management and employee benefits administration.
