About Our Client:
Our client a leading IT company in the UAE is renowned for its innovative solutions and commitment to optimizing business processes. They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between IT and business ensuring the successful implementation of projects and business strategies.

The Role:
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and processes identifying areas for improvement and working closely with IT and stakeholders to develop effective solutions that align with organizational goals.

What Youll Do:

• Analyze and document business processes and workflows.
• Identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies risk assessments and impact analyses for business solutions.
• Facilitate meetings between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Prepare and present reports proposals and recommendations to stakeholders.

What Were Looking For:

• A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management and software development life cycles (SDLC).
• Certifications such as CBAP PMP or similar are an advantage.
