Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with expertise in CNC machine maintenance covering both mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate must have handson experience with Fanuc Mazak and Siemens systems and possess a solid understanding of the technical requirements to maintain and repair these machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines focusing on both mechanical and electrical components.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Fanuc Mazak and Siemenscontrolled systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the CNC machines operate efficiently and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to plan and implement maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during maintenance tasks.
• Assist in the installation testing and calibration of new equipment.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in maintenance of CNC machines with expertise in Fanuc Mazak and Siemens systems.
• Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
