Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with expertise in CNC machine maintenance covering both mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate must have handson experience with Fanuc Mazak and Siemens systems and possess a solid understanding of the technical requirements to maintain and repair these machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines focusing on both mechanical and electrical components.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Fanuc Mazak and Siemenscontrolled systems.
- Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the CNC machines operate efficiently and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to plan and implement maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the installation testing and calibration of new equipment.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in maintenance of CNC machines with expertise in Fanuc Mazak and Siemens systems.
- Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
