Roles & Responsibilities
Preparing and forecasting yearly maintenance budget for the Starch Factory
Customer Service (Internal) - Execute predictive/preventive maintenance plans to eliminate equipment breakdowns & minimize downtimes to keep plant in optimum operating condition & achieve higher plant productivity.
Monitor annual maintenance contractors to ensure maintenance of plant & equipment is carried out in accordance with maintenance contracts to ensure the smooth operation of the plant, and develop the roadmap for the implementation of Operational Excellence program for maintenance
