Job Description
- Technology expertise in Windows OS, Mac OS, InTune, MS Config Manager, AD/Azure AD, M365 Suits, virtualization, scripting (VBS, WMI, PowerShell, Python), and more.
- Certifications: MCSA, CCNA, MCDST, Azure.
- Familiarity with ITIL/Agile Scrum foundation framework.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in JamF Pro, MAC device management, and security fundamentals.
- General banking and business area knowledge
- Good understanding of banking IT infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of Modern Workplace technology.
