TERMS: REMOTE WORK!

Responsibilities:

• Must have! Understand review and revise Simple Agreement for Future Tokens (SAFTs) and Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFEs).
• Stay uptodate with industry trends regulations and best practices in web3 and blockchain technology.
• Assist in resolving legal disputes and handling any legal issues that arise.

• Solid background in contract law preferably with exposure to web3 and blockchain projects.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology cryptocurrencies and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT OpenAI or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to transform industries.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Law or Law studies.
