Overview of the role

The position is responsible for a portfolio of personalization and AI driven products across the AlFuttaim Group Customer Ecosystem to delight users with personalized experiences across all consumerfacing channels. This individual will be responsible for leveraging multiple data assets and capabilities to achieve business goals enhance customer engagement metrics and deliver impact to the partner brands. This role requires partnering with crossfunctional teams of engineers data scientists and marketing and product executives to build and scale our personalization and AI capabilities. They will leverage our Group Customer Data Platform and marketing technologies building a strategic datadriven roadmap to create effective and engaging consumer experiences and deliver business value. The individual will work closely with the data science team to ensure more complex business needs are translated into tech requirements and that the right solutions processes and products are iteratively built. Moreover they will run custom analyses based on our data to support the identification of trends and exploration opportunities to generate actionable insights. They will work to support strategic objectives launches and activities; responsible for increasing activation engagement and retention improving the number of active and loyal customers. This individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to executive management division leadership the brands consumer activation lead media teams external vendors retailers & marketing partners to drive datadriven programs and initiatives with a strong focus on the directtoconsumer channel. Considering the diversified nature of the AlFuttaim Group this individual might interact with business partners from multiple industries such as Retail Automotive Insurance or Real Estate.


What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of data & MLbased products to enhance customer engagement activation and retention by delighting customers with personalized experiences.
  • Set the roadmap and product priorities to provide users with relevant personalized experiences while balancing out different business goals.
  • Liaise and collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to champion the personalization and retail media agenda and strategy.
  • Define and track the objectives and key success measures for the team.
  • Ensure that technical colleagues understand the commercial context strategy and product priorities necessary to manage the product and experimentation pipeline.
  • Work closely with various surface owners to build personalization and ad delivery products that integrate across channels.
  • Engage with technical product design and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver value to the business and users.
  • Manage external agency and multiple vendor relationships as related to CRM loyalty and data platform management.
  • Be the expert for all datarelated topics and stay up to date with trends and leading technologies in the data & AI space such as GenAI.

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 1012 years of experience in data analytics and AI
  • 57 years of experience in product management and delivery of personalization solutions to enhance customer experiences.
  • Extensive experience working on teams that used datadriven processes to put new Machine Learning models into production set solid metrics goals had a successful launch and showed continuous improvement on KPIs after the system was in production.
  • You love data and fluently speak the language of experimentation and making datadriven decisions.
  • You enjoy working with people across many specialties from other Product Managers to Designers Engineers Data Scientists and Data Analysts.
  • Someone extremely comfortable working with technical teams understands ML/AI/data science and can help communicate technical opportunities to business stakeholders.
  • Effective use of initiative (lateral thinking and adaptability) and problemsolving skills.
  • Track record leading crossfunctional squads of engineers and data practitioners fully adopting agile practices and methodology to deliver worldclass products.
  • Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills. You can easily explain complex concepts to people with no domain or technical knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of data tech stack and tools such as SQL Microsoft Azure Databricks Apache Spark PowerBI Azure OpenAI Studio etc.
  • Selfmotivated results and solutionoriented strategic thinker
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience working in a directtoconsumer environment is preferred but not required.
  • Experience developing or running a brand loyalty program is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working as part of a large business conglomerate operating in multiple markets is preferred but not required.
