Key Responsibility:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing product management and operations to ensure
• alignment on merchandising initiatives.
• Manage product assortment pricing and promotions to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Create compelling product presentations including product descriptions images and videos to enhance the
• online shopping experience.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay informed on industry developments and identify areas
• for differentiation.
• Continuously optimize website navigation search functionality and filtering options to improve user
• experience and drive sales.
• Utilize merchandising tools and platforms to schedule and deploy content updates promotions and
• merchandising campaigns.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve any merchandising issues or discrepancies.
• Stay uptodate on Ecommerce industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Merchandising or related field.
• Proven experience in Ecommerce merchandising or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally.
• Detailoriented with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms merchandising tools and web analytics software.
