Job Description
Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented Java Developer to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and be responsible for designing developing and maintaining Javabased backend systems for web and cloud applications. This role requires deep expertise in Java cloud platforms and web technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust scalable and secure backend services using Java.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers UX/UI designers and other team members to deliver highquality applications.
- Implement and manage APIs and thirdparty integrations.
- Optimize and refactor codebases for performance scalability and security.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
- Work on cloudbased application development using platforms like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
- Perform unit testing integration testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Java development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Proficient in Java Spring Spring Boot Hibernate and related frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud) and cloudnative development.
- Skilled in developing RESTful APIs and integrating thirdparty services.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
- Strong knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and teamwork abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript React Angular) is advantageous.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines Jenkins etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
