Job Description
Qualifications Skills & Expertise:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture from a reputed University.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Façade Design, preferably with a mix of consultancy and contracting experience. Experience working in the UAE is essential.
- Experience working in the office and on site.
- Expert in AutoCAD, Revit and Rhino.
- Sound knowledge in façade systems and design and relevant codes and standards.
- Strong track record of working cross-functionally within a complex matrix organization.
- Experience in forming strong and collaborative relationships with team members across different regions and focus areas.
- Ability to hand sketch and present ideas during meetings and presentations.
- Meticulous attention to detail with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong time management skills and ability to deal effectively with changes and unexpected problems and issues.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
