Packing Helper for Chocolate Factory

Responsibilities:

• Assist in packing chocolates into boxes ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Inspect chocolates for any defects and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
• Prepare and assemble packaging materials for daily production needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Help with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Work closely with other team members to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed in the packing area.
• Report any issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in inventory management by keeping track of packaging materials and supplies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced production setting.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
