Job Description
- Evaluate & ensure safe work environment in the shop.
- Ability to Work under limited supervision using standard practices.
- Proficient in reading Engineering DWG's.
- Ability to Create 3D models and CNC programs as per DWG requirement.
- Standardize Tooling.
- Prepare cost and benefit report (Cost savings of improvement projects).
- Train operator's in detail for the Machine operations and setups.
- Sustain 5S & Lean practice initialization.
- Work with in the allowed time and ensure meeting departmental Goals.
- Special projects advised by the supervisor.
