Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years Engineering Planning / Cost Estimation / Quantity Surveyor experience (Feasibility / Concept, Pre FEED, FEED, Detail Engineering Projects)
- Competent / proficient user of Primavera, MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Access, and MS Word, and MS Project
- Advanced user of MS Excel, MS Access, Python
- Exposure in preparation and negotiation of extension of time claims
- Cost Estimation skills
- Schedule Risk Analysis Using Primavera Risk Analysis
- Construction / Fabrication Knowledge
