- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a forward-thinking marketing and communication strategy that supports the regional business objectives and aligns with global CoE priorities. Emphasize innovative approaches to stay ahead in the fast-paced ME market.
- Executive Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to regional CEO ensuring that marketing and communication efforts reflect their vision and organizational goals. Maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with regional executive leadership.
- External Collaboration: Establish and nurture partnerships with clients, governments, and embassies to drive strategic alliances and enhance brand presence. (someone with a lot of connections will be needed).
- Accountability and Oversight: Oversee the execution of regional marketing and communication strategies, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Collaboration with global CoEs: Work closely with global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure consistency in messaging and leverage best practices. Day to day management of staff in region by Director - Marketing & Communications.
- Budget Management: Strategically plan, agree and manage the regional marketing and communication budget to maximize ROI.
- Team Leadership: In conjunction with CoE, lead and inspire a high-performing marketing and communications team, fostering an environment of innovation and agility.
