Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEOs calendar schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.

• Prepare and edit highlevel correspondence reports and presentations.

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

• Assist in the preparation of board meetings including agenda setting and minute taking.

• Conduct research and compile data to support the CEOs decisionmaking process.

• Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.

• Provide administrative support in organizing company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tech tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
