The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for promoting the Company and brand through effective sales and excellent customer service, by identifying customer needs and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge. To be aware of and achieve sales targets in line with Company policies and guidelines.
ROLE PROFILE
- Greet and serve all customers, demonstrating excellent customer service as per brand standards
- Deal effectively with customer concerns and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Achieve sales targets in line with Company guidelines.
- Identify customer needs by asking open ended questions, using product knowledge to make recommendations, taking opportunities to suggest add-on sales appropriately.
- Ensure awareness and understanding of product range knowledge, and in-store promotion details, sharing the information with customers to encourage sales.
- Responsible for opening, closing and operating the cash registers at the start or end of the business trading day; perform tasks including but not limited to receiving payments in all authorized modes, issuing receipts / bills against payments counting
- Ensure store opening checklists are completed in a timely manner, with responsibility for all stock availability, records of the same and timely replenishment.
- Contribute and support the business in achieving the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
