Estimator

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for roofing projects, including cladding and pitched roofs
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and take measurements
• Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide detailed quotes
• Manage and maintain accurate records of estimates, quotes, and customer communications
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, products, and materials to ensure knowledge is current and relevant
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the roofing industry, with a focus on either cladding or pitched roofing
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to site visits (where necessary)
