About the Role

In this role you will provide exceptional daytoday support for our HR systems with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving system errors promptly to ensure minimal disruption for users maintaining the accuracy and compliance of employee master data through regular audits and updates and delivering advanced support for complex issues within tight deadlines while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
You will be responsible for thorough testing of system updates process changes and new implementations documenting results and communicating effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Additionally you will assist in maintaining the systematic change plan including managing scheduled changes and system upgrades and ensuring clear communication with HR system users.
Your role involves active engagement in testing and troubleshooting system developments and maintenance tasks working to resolve issues and ensure high system availability. Collaborating with the HR Technology Operations and Analytics Team you will drive system improvements seek user feedback and enhance system functionalities to boost overall HR efficiency and user satisfaction.

About You

Atlantis Dubai is looking for a skilled HRIS Specialist with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Engineering or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and possess indepth knowledge of HR functions and best practices within an HRIS environment. Experience in an HR Shared Services setup is highly desirable along with handson experience with advanced HRMS systems particularly SAP SuccessFactors or SAP S4 Hana.
