Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex cardiac surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair/replacement, and heart transplantation
- Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in cardiac surgery
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
