Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development: Complete Alfa Laval Service Operation Competence Learnings and assessments under the guidance of a mentor.
Technical Mastery: Learn to read maintenance manuals, perform service in our centers, and shadow jobs at customer sites.
On-Site Expertise: Conduct performance audits, re-condition Plate Heat Exchangers, and troubleshoot High-Speed Separators and Decanters.
Customer Engagement: Assess equipment at customer sites and identify new leads while maintaining a safety-conscious approach.
