Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage commercial and contractual strategies for projects.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and suppliers.
Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines.
Manage the financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting and forecasting.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deliverables are met.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on commercial and contractual matters.
Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
