Job Specific Accountabilities • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the dry fleet department strategic plan (from a technical perspective) to ensure the alignment with ADNOC strategy and provide advice on technical matters to shipmasters/chief engineers and others as required. •Receive and review ship requests for repairs and where required, ensure supervision of such repairs to ensure compliance with class and International Marine Organization (IMO), OCIMF and ICS rules and recommendations while remaining within budgeted costs. • Supervise the dry-docking process through preparing ships’ dry dock repair specifications, analysing tendering documents and supervising dry docking repairs to ensure they are performed in alignment with budgeted costs and company and industry standards.
