Job Description
- Supervise the execution of all Business Analysis activities to meet business objectives and identify/articulate the need for change from internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive the development of business analysis initiatives to help discover trends and patterns, solve problems accurately, and drive change using data-driven, fact-based information.
- Develop enhanced processes, systems, and tools to elevate the quality of business analysis solutions.
- Contribute to the design of an agile framework, facilitating alignment with data and analytics demands while fostering continuous development of business processes and best practices across EGA.
- Monitor business analysis policies and procedures, updating them as needed to align with business objectives and ensure their achievement.
- Implement and manage data collection activities from various sources to analyze, identify, and understand business requirements and expectations.
- Design process flows, write requirements, and test systems to meet customer and EGA’s business expectations.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members in gathering business needs, processing, and interpreting business requirements for services/products, and simplifying data management for stakeholder analysis.
- Identify and define solutions that address improvement needs, maximizing the value delivered by EGA to its stakeholders.
- Support the team in prioritizing, balancing, and managing business analysis requests and responsibilities to guarantee timely delivery of requirements.
- Implement best practices to ensure that all business analysis and quality assurance resources comply with EGA’s policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support to relevant teams, enhancing business analysis performance and the quality of deliverables.
- Prepare business analysis reports for senior management, offering insights into key risk areas and root cause analysis.
- Serve as a liaison between the department and business teams to identify proactive and innovative ways to increase business productivity and efficiency.
- Consult with all relevant internal stakeholders and senior management to ascertain the correct understanding of their needs relating to business analysis requests.
