Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate projects and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Client Engagement: Effectively communicate project details benefits and offers to prospective clients building interest and encouraging site visits.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the client database with accurate and detailed information ensuring all interactions are logged and followed up on.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to sales closure providing necessary support throughout the process.
  • Followup: Execute followup calls to potential clients addressing any inquiries providing additional information and maintaining ongoing communication.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends competitor offerings and client needs to refine calling strategies and enhance effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities lead status and conversion rates providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing Business or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of telemarketing experience preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
  • CustomerFocused: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
  • TargetDriven: Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.
  • TechSavvy: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
